About this protocol
This protocol covers measuring what is going on inside the body and being careful about what goes into it. Regular blood and urine testing tracks health biomarkers over time, so changes show up as trends instead of guesses.
On the nutrition side, the focus is on supplements that are third-party tested, since supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold and some products do not contain what their labels say.
I’m a layperson, not a doctor, financial advisor, or lawyer. Nothing here is advice. Do your own research and talk to a professional about your own situation.
Products & Services I Use
Blueprint Biomarkers / Blueprint Supplements
What it is: A blood and urine testing membership from Blueprint (Bryan Johnson’s company) that measures 100+ health biomarkers twice a year, plus Blueprint’s line of supplements.
Why I use it: I use Blueprint Biomarkers and Blueprint Supplements because the supplements are third party tested and the biomarker service is the best bang for your buck I was able to find. It provides two blood draw and urinalysis sessions yearly for $365 (about $182.50 per session), compared to Superpower, which is $199 for one session yearly.
While the supplements are pricey, my health is a priority to me. Many supplements are not third party tested, and some of them simply do not contain the doses or ingredients that they claim to contain.
